SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32
This value is the sum of all notified events (trap counter). It is also the event number of the most recent event (eventLogIndex) found in the eventLog tables. It can, for example, be used to check if a notification (trap) is lost. The value is reset to 0 after a cold start. The counter is increased even if no trap sinks are specified.
