Indicates that the Node Alarm Level alarm is active. This alarm is only generated by the Switch Module in the COT node (node 1). Each subtended RT node shares its alarm status with the COT. The value of adTaeSCUTrapAlarmLevel represents the most severe active alarm on the RT.
