column IF-MIBInterfaceIndexOrZero

This table can be used to retrieve the Interface ID (ifIndex)
from where the MAC and VLAN combination was learned.  A zero will be
returned if the provided MAC/VLAN/Slot does not match any entree in the
MAC table.
