The VP Cross Connect table for ATM vp and Ethernet evp endpoints. An entry in this table models cross-connects between ATM vpl and Ethernet evpls (interworking from VPI to S-tag). Each vpl/evpl must have its vplCrossConnectIdentifier set to point to the associated cross-connect index and vplCrossConnectType set to the adGenEthernetVplEvplCrossConnectTable type.
