adGenEthernetStagMembershipCount

This variable returns a count of the number
of items that are connected to this EVPL.
The count is incremented, for example, when
a VclEvclCrossConnect is created.  The value
is decremented when the cross-connect is deleted.
This variable may be used to police the removal
of EVPL mappings.
