This object controls the priority of array background
tasks such as Build, Rebuild and Verify for this
controller.  The values range from 1 to 10.  A value of 1
is the slowest but uses the least amount of the
controller's bandwidth.  While a value of 10 is the
fastest but it uses the most bandwidth.
