Object
This is a count of the number of packets dropped by this port due to an underflow in the transmit FIFO. When an underflow is detected, transmission is immediately aborted after sending a known bad (inverted) CRC sequence. The FIFO underflow error takes precedence over all other errors if this counter is incremented, then none of the other packet type counters are incremented.
