Object

column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The value of this object determines whether the
Protection Authority flags in a received packet
must match the flags identified by the corresponding
instance of a3IPsecureAuthInFlags exactly, or if they
only have to match a subset of those flags. 
              
If the value of this object is exact (1), the match must
be exact.  If this object has the value any (2), only
a subset of the flags has to match.
