provided as ASN_OPAQUE_FLOAT type. In case of
an error or unavailability NaN is returned.
Setting this value is possible via:
ASN_INTEGER, ASN_OCTET_STR, ASN_OPAQUE_FLOAT
or ASN_OPAQUE_DOUBLE.
