ethEnhQueueGreenParams

This object defines the parameters of the green tokens
profile when the custom one has been choosen by the operator.
It is meaningless when the previous leaf is configured as
profile1 or profile2.
The structure of the value is (every byte is in percent format):
Byte 0 -> Smin (threshold below which no packet is discarded)
Byte 1 -> Smax (threshold over which without the gentle mode the
                packet is discarded)
Byte 2 -> Sgentle (threshold over which every packet is discarded)
Byte 3 -> Pmax (probability connected with Smax).
