ethEnhPortPolicyDefaultColor

This object defines the default color for those packets
that cannot be associated to any one of the currently
defined bandwidth profiles. The green value means that
the packets are treated as belonging to the green profile;
the red value means that the packets are discarded.
This item can be assigned a meaningfull value (green
or red), only if the table row, to which it belongs,
is associated to a LAN port.
For the table rows associated to radio ports, the only
applicable value is meaningless (0).
