ethEnhCompressionModuleStatus

This object enables/disables the functions provided by the
compression module. If the value is set to <disable>, all the
compression related leaves are set to their default values,
and no further setup is allowed; if the value is set to <bypass>,
the header compression hardware block is by-passed, all the
related leaves values are frozen to their corrent values and
no further setup is allowed; if the value is set to <enable>
the header compression functions are enabled and their related
leaves can be set according to the supported compression levels.
