A table containing Syslog collector information.
To create entries in this table use SNMP multiple set 
operation.
          
wwpLeosSyslogCollectorAddr, wwpLeosSyslogIndex and 
wwpLeosSyslogCollectorStatus are required fields 
that needs to be set to create entry.
          
To delete entry set wwpLeosSyslogCollectorStatus to destroy.
