This is an extention of dot1adMIPepTable table, and it provides additional configurations to PEPs (like Cos Preservations,..). when a entry in dot1adMIPepTable is created, then an entry will be created in this table.
Entry contains information like (COS preservation, ..) for the
internal PEPs. Creation of an entry in this table is not allowed
and only modification is allowed.
