An extension to the DS1 Configuration table that defines
DS1 statistics thresholds.
'Line' means a physical transport of digital information at
nominal rate of 2.048Mbps or 1.544Mbps.
'Path' means a framed digital signal at nominal rate of
2.048Mbps or 1.544Mbps independent of the specific
transmission equipment.
An entry containing statistics thresholds for DS1 port.
