IPSec supports the automated generation and negotiation of
keys and security associations using the Internet Key
Exchange(IKE) protocol. This table collects the IKE
configuration in NetScreen device.

Each entry in the nsVpnIkeTable holds a set of configuration
parameters associated with an IKE.
