HP-ICF-DEVICEIDENTITY-MIB

        Added new device identity table HpicfDeviceIdentityEntry.
This table is used to identify device using
discovery protocol like LLDP. LLDP make use of
OUI and device subtype of organization specific TLV to
detect device.

Net-SNMP examples using the hp MIB directory Show commands

These commands use the standard Observium installation path and load the selected MIB variant before the RFC and Net-SNMP directories.

Translate the module identity
/usr/bin/snmptranslate -Pud -Ir -On -m 'HP-ICF-DEVICEIDENTITY-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/hp:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'HP-ICF-DEVICEIDENTITY-MIB::hpicfDeviceIdentityMIB'
Walk the MIB subtree
/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c '<community>' -Pud -Ir -OQUs -m 'HP-ICF-DEVICEIDENTITY-MIB' -M '/opt/observium/mibs/hp:/opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp' 'udp:<hostname>:161' 'HP-ICF-DEVICEIDENTITY-MIB::hpicfDeviceIdentityMIB'

The collection of objects which are used to configure the
device identity using discovery protocol. LLDP make use of
organigation specific TLV.This device identity can be use by other
subsystem like device profile.

This group is mandatory for agents which implement the LLDP.
