TR-101 mapping feature is used to filter 
egress traffic on Customer ports by C-VLAN ID 
(Inner VLAN tag) in the TR-101 global mode. 
Inner VLAN IDs for the Customer ports are configured 
via the eltIfDot1qIngressCvlanTable table.
          
Customer ports with C-VLAN ID configured in the
eltIfDot1qIngressCvlanTag field will egress only 
the packets with this C-VLAN ID if corresponding 
entry is configured in the eltIfDot1qTr101CVlanMapTable. 
There is also a list of ingress Provider ports that 
must be configured via eltIfDot1qTr101CVlanMapPortList
field. Only the packets received on these ports will be 
filtered by C-VLAN ID on the egress Customer ports.
